PLEASE NOTE: The US Postal Service and UPS shipping options start with a minimum 3.3 pound charge which makes them uneconomical for very small shipments or free PDFs that you order.

If you are ordering 1-3 books we will normally use MEDIA MAIL (That often takes 7-14 days for delivery.)

If you are ordering 4-15 books (depending on size and weight) we normally will use PRIORITY MAIL at no extra charge (That usually takes 2-3 days for delivery)

TABLE RATE shipping is based on the value of your order. Orders under $10.00 or 3 books or less are usually are shipped USPS Media Mail. That often takes 7-14 days for delivery. MOST SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USPS PRIORITY MAIL IN FLAT RATE ENVELOPES OR BOXES!

Most larger orders over 20 lbs are usually shipped via UPS Ground service, which takes from 2 to 7 business days anywhere in the USA. East coast shipments take fewer days than West coast shipments.

Shipments to Hawaii, or Alaska will use USPS PRIORITY Mail.

We will always choose the best value and quickest shipping options.

International Shipping Policy

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Please read carefully.

We can use PRIORITY FLAT RATE Envelopes for 1-4 small books (sometimes up to 7 smaller books) for about US $11.00 postage for MOST overseas addresses.

For larger INTERNATIONAL orders contact Deeper Roots by e-mail PRIOR to placing your order with a list of your proposed items and let us tell us how soon you need the books. We can then tell you what the best shipping options are for you.

NOTE: OVERSEAS shipments cannot be traced or insured and we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail to overseas addresses.

Return Policy

Within 7 days of receiving your order you may return all or part of it for a refund of you payment (less shipping) for the items being returned, if they are returned in good condition and can be resold.
