William P. Dillon is the Founder of Inner City Impact and has served for over 30 years as Executive Director. His family has been an integral part of urban ministry in Chicago since 1918 (three generations) and he has over 30 years of fund raising experience.

Bill has authored People Raising: a Practical Guide to Raising Support, now in a 12th printing, and does fund raising consulting through People Raising.

Bill is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Elmhurst College and earned his MBA from Murray State University. He and his wife Sandy, have three children.
